La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bannockburn-Deerfield

We stayed for three nights. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I like that their pool is indoors. We only had breakfast once but it was also satisfying. We were there on business but would like to come back again soon.

Again....We were in town for my oldest graduation from Navy Boot Camp (whoop whoop PIR 10-30-2025 Div 466 Triton Ship 12 2nd in Command and left boot camp as an E03 so yes I am boasting about my young King!!!....again...anyway back to the review)... LaQuinta was exactly what we needed. When I travel out of town we have a goal, in and out un harmed. Not saying they were in the trenches but it is a figure of speech as to say, we went, did what we had to do and went home. We don't need anything extravagant when we travel for stuff like this or even vacation. We have been to Disney World and stayed in resorts, cruises etc so we travel. So to go out of town for something like this we look for certain things like free parking, hot breakfast, clean and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We don't need separate rooms/bedrooms/wings/lofts or any of that...we tend to do 2 doubles and the 4 of us are good. We had to doubles in the room and an unexpected pull out couch, TV, microwave, fridge and due to my busted ankle (long story) they gave me a room near the back where we parked and walked right end as we came/went. The only thing I would suggest is for them to put a towel bar near the sink. One thing I find awkward about hotels is they give you soap to wash your hands but not a towel to dry your hands, expecting you to use your bath towels and definitely no towel hanging near the sink to dry the hands. So this tends to be my only complain. I worked at a really nice hotel when I was saving to buy my house years ago (shout out the Lorien Hotel/Spa on King Street in Alexandria,VA my hometown Remember the Titans Baby!) I used to always say where is a towel to dry hands near the sink, we all have them at home right. well Lorien has that, so since 2019 I don't understand why everyone else doesn't have it and then I snap back to reality that some places don't even want to give you wash clothes (Yotel in DC absolute TRASH) so grateful for what they did give and we simply kept one on the vanity to dry our hands...crisis averted. LaQuinta staff were great, brought extra tissue when we needed and went out of their way for the little things including not having to check out until 2 pm to spend as much time with our sailor as we could before hitting the road, now that is what we APPRECIATE the most...it's the little things when it comes to family!

Sadly, I have been here a lot this year. A flood in my apt and my Church put me up here thank God. Three weeks ago I’m back from Carbon Dioxide in apt and Church brought me back two different times. The staff and accommodations truly made my experience relaxing. Hope my sister comes in with her family and sweet golden. Thanks again

We get Really nervous renting hotel rooms due to bad experiences, especially when we are new to the area. We decided to trust our feelings after searching online for hours and reserve a room here at La Quinta Inn & Suites. We honestly could not have been Happier and Extremely Pleased with this Hotel!!! It Smelt Amazing the minute we walked in, Lobby and Hallways were Very Clean! Front Desk Employee was Professional and Really Friendly! They Accommodated our request for our Child with Special Needs. Our Room Was Amazing, Very Clean and Cozy! Beds and Pillows Were Really Really Comfortable!!! This is Definitely the Only Place We Will Stay when we come back to visit! If you need anything, It is Conveniently Located by Everything you would Possibly Need! Breakfast Area (Buffet) Clean and Absolutely Amazing with Many Different Options Including Wonderful Options for Kids!!! We Look Forward to Coming Back! Thank You For Our Clean and Happy Stay!!!

Today was really stressful…. our apartment is being remodeled due to an unexpected leak and while our landlords were great and helped us find a pet-friendly hotel, the first place we went to looked nothing like the photos online. We were so disappointed!! That’s when my husband called the La Quinta, and Maya answered. She was incredibly kind and understanding. She offered to hold our room while we got a refund from the other hotel, which gave us such peace of mind. Honestly, she turned our whole night around. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and genuinely pet-friendly without looking or smelling like a kennel. We’re so relieved to be here, and so grateful to Maya for her amazing service. She truly saved most our weekend!

The cleanliness was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was ready and available when expected. The house keepers were very thorough and the breakfast was always fully stocked and clean. I would definitely stay again! Brian & Teri F

Five stars for what it is.... The stay was decent. I cant say that I have any real complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I wish there were more lighting in the rooms. The gym was adequate for temporary workouts. I only got the waffles at breakfast which were pretty tasty. The pool was in good shape and the showers were always hot. I would stay again.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Needs an updated remodeling. Things are so cheap there! The pool towels were so very thin. The room towels were not as think but thin. All the tissue, toilet paper, anything they had to replace regularly. Cheap! The breakfast was better than a continental one but minimal. Waffles were good, could make 4 little or one big! The coffee was great too! The pool was freezing the night we got there, but next morning the kids said it was good. Decently warm. The pool area was a little too cold. I don't know if I'd stay again. The suite we stayed in was perfect for us. The TV should be bigger for the room size. Thinking about it, yes, I'd stay again. I know things now so my expectations would be different and I can act appropriately!
